Shanghai United Industry (SUI) supplies thermoplastic hot melt adhesive in four physical forms — powder, granule, film and rod — based on polyamide (PA), polyester (PES), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and EVA. Every grade is produced in our own plants in Shanghai, so the hot melt adhesive you approve in sampling is the one that reaches your production line.

Which hot melt adhesive form fits your process

Powder suits powder-dot lamination, heat transfer printing and DTF. Film suits textile lamination, shoe counters and automotive interiors. Granules feed low pressure molding and filtration bonding, while rods run on rod-fed cementing machines for shoe foreparts and back counters.
